KRCRITTERS

    KRCritters is a partnership of dedicated arachnologists whose focus is the propagation and study of tarantulas.  Our small but unique collection is the product of careful research and the desire to study and preserve these magnificent, and in some cases, critically endangered species.  Each member of our collection was carefully chosen based upon their size, temperament, coloration and hardiness along with characteristics that make each specimen distinctive from the others.  In addition, it is our goal to develop a breeding pair of Poeciliotheria metallica with the hope of perpetuating this rare species.

We will document their growth and care throughout this website with the intent of providing the reader a firsthand glimpse into the nature of these extremely unusual and often poorly understood arachnids.
